Healthy LifeStars® is a nonprofit organization with the vision to launch a generation of healthy kids by motivating and educating them to live active healthy lives now and in the future. Our programs have reached over 50,000 elementary-aged children and their families and the only thing holding us back from reaching more kids learning life changing healthy habits is your support.
Each year our Ohio Chapter of Healthy LifeStars hosts a Charity Golf Outing to raise awareness and funds to help us expand our free programs for kids in schools and youth-serving organizations. We are always working hard to serve more kids.
Duties include:
Prepare tables with tablecloths and HLS swag
Display any HLS posters/pictures
Set out volunteer name tags, clip boards, etc
Display raffle baskets on tables and ticket boxes
Set out 50/50 raffle box
Monitor raffle basket table
- Explain raffle process
- Hand out tickets for raffle baskets based on slip
- Hand out tickets for 50/50 raffle based on slip
Move to lunch area after Golf outing starts:
- raffle baskets
- HLS posters/pictures
