Healthy LifeStars® is a nonprofit organization with the vision to launch a generation of healthy kids by motivating and educating them to live active healthy lives now and in the future. Our evidence based program, The innovative The LifeStar Challenge program goes beyond nutrition and physical activity guidance by combining goal-setting and personal responsibility to build the skills necessary to adopt and maintain healthy habits for life. The key to our LifeStar Challenge is our simple but powerful healthy habits.
