One-Two-Three Care is a comprehensive model of delivery for holistic family care rooted in behavioral health and wellness. Managed by the SproutFive Family Resource Center, One-Two-Three Care brings together premier organizations within the Columbus, Ohio region to reimagine how we support family wellness during the first five years of a child’s life. The model provides one approach to holistic wellness and two generations of support across three fields of care—early childhood, behavioral health, and pediatrics.
