At Freedom a la Cart, we bring hope to survivors of sex trafficking and exploitation so they can build new lives of freedom and become self-sufficient. We believe that giving a woman practical job skills and developing strong work ethic is vital for creating a pathway to freedom. So, we’ve created a safe place of restoration where survivors can heal, learn and grow as they prepare for sustainable employment and reintegrate into our community.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
Basic hygiene items + clothing essentials are always needed in providing support to the women we serve. See below for items we collect on a year-round basis!

- Underwear sizes 7,8,9,10
- Sports bras M, L, XL, 2X
Donations can be dropped off at Freedom a la Cart's Café + Bakery, located on 123 E Spring Street in downtown Columbus. Café hours are 7a-3p M-F; and 8a-3p on Saturdays.
