The Mission of the Legal Aid Society of Columbus (LASC) is to provide civil legal aid and advocacy to combat unfairness and injustice and to help people rise out of poverty.

LASC provides direct representation to low-income people throughout Central Ohio in certain civil areas, including housing, consumer, public benefits, education, domestic relations, tax, employment, reentry, and basic estate planning.
